ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
All orders are subject to acceptance by Asons Enterprise:
- Quote requests do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing by Asons Enterprise
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Bulk or custom orders may require a minimum order quantity and lead time
- Order confirmation will be provided via email or written communication
- Any changes to confirmed orders must be communicated in writing
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- GST: Applicable GST and government levies will be charged at prevailing rates at time of invoicing
- Payment Terms: Specified in the quotation or proforma invoice; standard terms are advance payment
- Late Payments: May attract interest charges; future supply may be withheld pending settlement
We do not store credit card or banking details. Payment transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We offer Pan India delivery for all our product lines:
- Delivery timelines are estimates only, communicated at order confirmation
- Asons Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners or force majeure events
- Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the logistics carrier, unless otherwise agreed
- Freight charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of quotation
- Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report damage or shortage within 48 hours
- Claims for transit damage must be supported with photographic evidence and carrier acknowledgement
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
We stand behind our products. Our return and cancellation policy:
- Manufacturing Defects: Products with verified defects may be returned within 15 days of delivery, subject to inspection
- Wrong Products Delivered: Notify us within 48 hours; replacement arranged at no additional cost
- Custom / Bulk Orders: Returns not accepted unless due to manufacturing defects
- Opened or Used Products: Installed, used, or post-delivery damaged products are not eligible for return
- Cancellations: Must be requested before dispatch; cancellations after dispatch are not accepted
All return requests must be made in writing to sales@asons.in with your order number and reason.
